“Introduction to Artificial Intelligence” Course at the Omani Women’s Association in Mutrah

As part of its ongoing efforts to spread technological awareness and support digital transformation, the International Institute of Artificial Intelligence delivered a training course titled “Introduction to Artificial Intelligence” on Sunday, 15/2/2026, at the Omani Women’s Association in Mutrah.

The session was presented by Ahmed Al-Sanani, who introduced participants to the fundamental concepts of artificial intelligence, its historical development, and its most prominent real-world applications. The course also highlighted the growing opportunities AI offers across sectors such as education, healthcare, and business.

The training focused on simplifying technical concepts and providing practical examples to demonstrate how artificial intelligence can enhance skills, improve productivity, and support entrepreneurship. An interactive discussion session allowed participants to ask questions and explore ways to benefit from AI technologies within their communities.
